Sport should be accessible to all. We not only want sessions to be safe and fun but also innovative.
Sessions should enable participants to return keen and be able to improve on their previous experience. We are not just coaching Athletes but also Students.
Our job is to create an environment that they want to return and grow within it.
As Physical Educators, we strive to build on key areas with each age group.
Each age groups will adapt differently and we have adapted our sessions to become more age and ability appropriate so children and adults feel more engaged and feel they are working towards the next step
Schools work includes Cover Sessions (PPA) and upskilling teachers (CPD), Sport Specific Training and INSET Days.
We also run courses for Long Term Player Development and a range of Holiday and Extra-Curricular Clubs.
