S.T.E.P Ltd was set up for one purpose -
Everyone should have opportunity in sport to step to the next level.
Whether that was as a newcomer, as a regular player, representative or international level player - it is about what we can do to set them up with the skills, knowledge and enjoyment of the journey within sport.
Specialising in Cricket and Multi Skill delivery are key principals can be adapted into any sport.
We have crafted that at each stage of development with the First Steps, Stepping Forward or Step & Go Stages specifically designing to grow the individual as an athlete and a student of the sport - both within an academic and recreational setting.
Harry Sampson, otherwise known locally as the Emu, has been coaching for 10+ years.
Known throughout North Kent for his coaching work within School, Club and Are Cricket which has develop. Their is very little Harry hasn't seen.
Having worked in both Bexley and Greenwich, there are few who understand the area better. Having worked with over 100 schools across both boroughs comes with a lot of experience and more recently working with the Area Cricket Programme within Greenwich and Lewisham with the Thamesiders has seen more success for local cricket.
More recently, his U13s team, who were unbeaten in the North Group, reached the Kent Final, where they were beaten by Central Cavillers.
This followed their success from previous years in the London Youth Games. Harry took them to Lords on both occasions, where they finished 3rd and 5th in London.
Harry has been able to get over 50 Primary Schools playing more cricket
since working in Greenwich, and now 10 Secondary Schools are also playing regular cricket within their curriculum and in local completions.
Harry also runs Belvedere CC Colts Section restarting their junior programme with the ECB initiatives All Stars and Dynamos Cricket.
